1. Who this agreement is with

SayItRight AI is a product by Plainwork, a solo-operated software business run by Ksenia. These Terms apply to your use of SayItRight AI.

2. What you're buying

SayItRight AI is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access, activated with a personal access code. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

3. Fair use

To keep the tool fast and reliable for everyone, your account is subject to a daily generation limit (currently 50 generations per day). This is intended for normal individual or single-business use.

4. Content you generate

SayItRight AI rewrites text you provide into English, and explains its changes. You are responsible for reviewing the output before sending or publishing it, especially for anything sensitive, legal, or contractual in nature.

5. Ownership of generated content

Any text generated for you is yours to use, edit, and send freely. Plainwork claims no ownership over content you generate.

6. Who can use this tool

SayItRight AI is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.

7. Refunds

If the tool does not work as described, contact kssw117@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and a refund will be issued.

8. Availability

SayItRight AI is provided "as is." While every effort is made to keep it running reliably, no uptime guarantee is made.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
